    ABOUT

LUBRIHYDRAULICS AW 68 has an optimum performance with anti-wear properties, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam suppression. Their excellent resistance to oxidation gives good performance at high temperatures and prolonged work intervals.

LUBRIHYDRAULICS AW 68 is designed to provide excellent protection to hydraulic pumps type vane-piston, gears and compressors, especially in systems where the pressure exceeds 1000 PSI, formulated with high viscosity paraffinic lubricant bases, highly refined and with additives, both manufactured in USA.

    BENEFITS

Benefits to the customer

  • High thermal stability in all kinds of hydraulic systems that work in conditions of high temperatures and loads. Achieving an oil resistant to degradation, reducing the formation of sludge and improving the cleanliness of the system.
  • Protection against rust and corrosion.
  • Excellent anti-wear and anti-friction properties, thanks to the proper formulation with additives that allow workloads and severe conditions work.
  • Provides anti foaming characteristics, minimizing foaming and aeration problems.
  • Low point of fluidity, which allows an easy start-up of hydraulic equipment even at low temperatures. Resistant to the formation of emulsions between oil and water that can enter the system through leaks or condensation.
  • High viscosity index value allows it to have an excellent operating capacity within a wide range of temperatures.
  • High resistance to oxidation reducing oil thickening and sludge formation caused by high operating temperatures. Anti-foam properties that reduce the presence of trapped air, preventing the cavitation of hydraulic pumps.
